Went here for my sisters 30th on a Saturday night. Good selection of food, we picked a few a everything and shared. Gumbo was delicious. Plenty of craft beers and cocktails to choose from. Would've been good if there was live music, but we were happy enough without it. We all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely go back

We shared the meat plate with sauce. It was tender and beyond. Their homemade potato sallad and sweet potato fries crowned the experince. 20-30$ cheaper than many other BNE restaurants. It is worth to check it out.

We had shared Brased Beef brisket with N'awlins slaw and creoli potato salad and as dessert we ate bread and butter pudding. The whole meal for two was a steal (cost under $70) and it was really, really good.

We live close by and were excited to try this place as we went to New Orleans last year. It was nothing like a New Orleans restaurant, it looked almost greek. The music was loud, the chairs were uncomfortable, the food was average and the drinks were not cheap. I think it would be a good idea to go to New Orleans and see the place if you are going to open a restaurant call NOLA....... if they did they would know the food is good there and lots of it.

Lunch was had on a hot Saturday...nice decor, friendly service and reasonably priced food. Big serves so felt like good value for money. Food nice but not exceptional. Feel there's a missed opportunity here with such a great location and there are few true southern (USA) food places in Brissy; why are there no beignets/po 'boys etc? I believe they can stand the test of time if they increased the variety on the menu substantially. Overall though it's nice.

Great Southern American style foods on offer. The Southern Fried Chicken was delicious, and well priced. Plenty of craft beers to choose. Very friendly staff!

Very enjoyable and a different experience as I have never had southern cuisine before. Gumbo, crab cakes with lime aioli, French fries with pulled brisket, cheese and sauce and southern spicey chicken. Next time I'll be looking for more greens! Lol as I need greens!

What's not to love? Dirty fries, gumbo, American beers, live music on a Friday night. Portside Wharf is growing up with this addition.

I dined at Cruisers recently and it was a very positive and enjoyable experience. Our host and owner Michael and his staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I had the naughty pork crackling and cheesy garlic bread for starters, the eye fillet steak for main and a selection of desserts to finish off with. The pork crackling was cooked to perfection, light and crispy from start to finish with just the right dusting of salt (I felt very naughty after eating two pieces). The cheesy garlic bread was cheesy and garlicky and quite delicious too. I ordered the eye fillet - medium rare with (field) mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies which comprised of a well proportioned side of sauteed broccoli. The steak was cooked beautifully. It was tender and delicious as was the mushroom sauce. I ordered a piece of raspberry and white chocolate gateau (freshly made earlier that same day) to go, which they happily set aside in a take away container with a generous helping of fresh cream. I later finished the gateau off in very quick fashion as it was scrumptious. It was solid yet light, not sickly sweet but again just right. In the meantime back at Cruisers we (a table of five) shared the passionfruit cheesecake and chocolate fudge brownie/cookie with ice cream for dessert. Both equally scrumptious. I particularly like cheese cake and their passionfruit cheesecake was delicious. I fought hard to not eat more than my fair share (I may have failed). Pricing was commensurate with quality of food and the location.

I definitely recommend Cruisers to anyone wanting a delicious meal in a relaxing environment at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going again.
