It was quite busy and so we had to wait a little bit to get served. It was a Sunday and was the only bakery we found open between Lobethal and Balhannah. We had a Chicken Caesar Wrap and a toasted BLT in Panini bread and a Chai Latte. We were very happy and would go back again.

Since this bakery has been updated it has become a great place to stop, happy staff, huge selection of good quality bakery items, and good coffee. Tables in and out to eat, unfortunately only a car park as a view. Reasonable prices.
Hands down the best coffee i wont go anywhere else! The pies and pastys are so yummy... the bread is also very good
The new bigger layout of the bakery is great. The staff are friendly and efficient. The cakes could be a bit smaller and therefore cheaper. You could feed about 3 people off of most of their 'small' cakes. Love the sandwich bar.
I've tried quite a few of the bakeries around the Adelaide Hills and always find myself going back to Balhannah Bakery. They have a huge range of pies, pasties and other hot savouries + a cake cabinet that will tempt even the most disciplined of eaters!It's been renovated in the past 12 months and is now open and bright with plenty of room for everyone (it gets busy!).The staff are fast and friendly whether you're after a coffee, something sweet, or something more substantial - they've got you covered.
That's it I'm calling it. BEST BAKERY IN THE HILLS. I don't care what anyone says.
