This place has a lot of potential but it seems somewhat unfinished? The focus needs to be more on good food & good coffee!Might need a few trips to IKEA or the like, to sort out the random assortment of tea containers, jars, plastic pots, cake stands, coloured plastic containers, framed signs etc that cheapen the place down. The decor is just slightly off - badly painted blue, ancient till system, chalk table numbers written on the floor boards, kitschy pink lidded takeaway cups and 10-page menu. Coffee was average - food a little over cooked (burnt thin hash brown square). The slightly over pretentious menu tries to please everyone but misses the mark. Little Stove seems to focus on how each menu item sounds good on paper - even if the dish elements don't really go together. The front of house staff is lovely though! Unfortunately, it has to also be the loudest cafe we have ever been to - due to a combo of floor boards + mid range ceilings that amplified the screaming children & grinder (plus it didn't help that the very terse pissed off owner/manager was aggressively slamming the coffee bell).

The highlight of this McDonalds is its Create your Taste burgers (the touchscreen booths are the first thing you see when you walk in the door) They have great CYT options and the quality is so good it's hard to believe it's Macca's. I've certainly had much worse burgers for the price (usually around $10). The wait time isn't too bad at all either usually under 10 minutes even if you order something unusual. The regular menu however is hit and miss - sometimes it's good and fresh, other times it's sloppily put together and stale (the all day brekkie menu is almost ALWAYS stale). And like someone else mentioned, the young staff often have no clue what they're doing and will keep asking the manager on duty questions right in front of you. Still, this McDonald's is well worth a visit for its premium menu.

Been there a few times with friends. Food is very good. Very unique and trendy food and drink menu. Must try their pancakes and tumeric / beetroot latte. Pricing is decent. Nicely decorated place. Free parking available. However, the biggest disappointment was the poor service and especially from the male manager! He was very rude, short tempered with customers and even unhelpful when asking for a menu! I was rudely advised by another female waitress that I could not make a complaint as he was the manager. After discussing the issue of poor customer service directly with the male manager, it ended with him reluctantly apologizing and unexpectedly slapping his own face twice?!?! His behaviour is very unusual and scary. I hope the owners of this place will be aware of their poor mannered staff after this review, and coach them to provide better customer service. Such a shame, as this cafe is genuinely very good hence why I have been revisiting with my friends.

Haven't dined here for approx 40 years & its as if nothing has changed & nothing to entice us back Food is ok but bit bland & service ordinary, Menu has all the standard items

We recently went here for all u can eat Thursday night and it was amazing was a big group of us with 3 families and the service and food was absolutely amazing.... they even made a special sweet smores pizza for our kids, have also been for breakfast a few times and the value for money along with great taste is to die for..... thanks to Lauren and her staff for making a great experiance
