I used to love this place. But the quality on my last visit in October was well below average. The poached eggs were hard and cold. I did not complain at the time as a client took me to breakfast and paid (I suggested the location). I wrote to Coffee Club - who sent my complaint to Macarthur Square - the owner was not sympathetic at all - and went on the defensive. My third email about the particular incident did not even get a reply - I just asked a simple question - "Are the poached eggs cooked when I order - or are they pre-cooked?". The Franchise Owner does not know how to respond to complaints......and even suggested that the majority of customers will complain at the time of the problem - and mine was a one-off. This attitude has put me off going to other Coffee Clubs.

A friendly place to have a quiet coffee or meet up with friends and family for food and a catch up. nice outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine and watch the passing parade of people. Close to movies and station, open late. All day breakfast available. Also licensed

Went to coffee club Campbelltown for lunch today, it is one of my mums favourites. The food was delicious but way to overpriced for the small size of the serving. Not a relaxing enjoyable lunch in any way, the music was way to loud could barely hold a conversation without yelling across the table and the service pfffft what service. Customer service is non existent The wait staff were all uninterested and looked bored . Poor value for money. Poor customer service, poor dining environment.

This chain of cafes is hit and miss, it all depends on the particular store as to what type of experience you will have. Our score at the moment is 4 different stores tried for 2 successes. Unfortunately, this Coffee Club wasn't one of the successes.A definite negative to start with is that when you are a couple dining together, then both meals should be delivered to the table at the same time. However this was not the case with mine arriving at least 5-10 minutes before my husband's. I had no option but to start eating unless I wanted my food to go cold. Even though I started eating before my husband, I was still eating after he had eventually received and finished his meal... this being because the meal he ordered was of a very meagre portion! Considering the prices paid, the meals are not really good value for what you get.The coffees arrived well ahead of the meals, but thankfully they were hot so lasted the duration of our meals. If choosing to eat at a Coffee Club... choose wisely, they are NOT all the same! Though we've eaten here before it was so long ago, so we thought we'd give it another try... sorry we did! Don't think we will be making a repeat visit here.

So, after recently moving to the area I head out aerching for somewhere to have a bit of bruch with the other half. Figured I would give the Coffee Club in Macarthur Square a go seeing as the 3 Coffee Clubs in my old area (Penrith) always have good food and coffee.Sadly, thia one did not.I orderes the Bacon, Eggs, Tomato and toast with a added hash brown and a soy caramel latte. My other half ordered Eggs, tomato and toast with a soy latte. The coffee was quick and at best a "OK". Sadly the sub par coffee was the best part of the meal. Our meals arrived suprising quick! Which would of been a good thing and impressive if it wasnt for the drivel we were served. We both ordered poached eggs. However our eggs looked like they came from a hospital catering kitchen. Thwy were obviously cooked in a mould (similar to the ones people use in a microwave) and they tasted of nothing. Even loaded with salt and pepper there was no taste, just a icky feeling in the mouth and a not ao nice after taste. The tomato on the menu was listed as "blistered cherry tomatoes" which is actually really nice. However, we were served a slice of normal sandwich tomato which was warm, not grilled, fried or blistered. Dissapointing. The eye was still in my tomato. Its really not thay hard to remove that....The bacon on mine was pink. As in warmed not fried. Not even the tiniest bit of crispy. It had clearly been sitting in a bain marie in the kitcher rather than cooked to order. Some parts were loke chewing on jerky. Its not that hard to cook bacon either... just saying. As for the hash brown, which costed $3 extra, it was oily and pre cooked. I couldnt eat more than one bite of it. It was horrible!! Who stuffs up cooking potato?!?!Overall dissapointing is how I would describe this. Pre cooked food which is on par with hospital food. Coffee was not even a saving grace and that was the best part of the meal. Would I dine there again? 1/5 stars, and thats only because I feel bad about giving them a 0.

This place is awful and terribly overpriced! What a disappointing Saturday morning breakfast. I wouldn't waste your time eating or drinking coffee here.
