apparently a sandwich shop had no brot to accept my order! I'm just waiting 1-2 days for my $70 refund. not sure how this helps with today's dinner plans. what a sweat. you lost a long-term customer tonight. manager was rude and no help.
dreadful customer service he then continued to roll his eyes and admire me because he made a mistake and I corrected it. was not happy, even the other customer was shocked as we were treated.

The old woman who works there is so bloody stingy, she put barely any ingrediants on my sub. 0/10
Was my go to place for lunch, but they can no longer scan loyalty cards and don't appear to be trying to fix the situation so I stopped going. Fortunately there are many other takeaway options nearby. Otherwise its a good Subway and is newly renovated.
Just went in and had a lady serve me, agitated me alot by me asking a simple order, she stuffed the order up and she charged me for double the amount, plus the rude customer service!
