A pleasant dinner with great taste and fresh ingredients. The menu had a good choice, but could have had more. The staff service was friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, slightly overpriced.

Stay TV - they had 2 bad experiences with the management. They were not happy to use my entertainment book because I booked through Dimmi, and they said Dimmi rises a commission to give me a discount. Another time I was asked to leave the table within 1 hour (18.00 clock on a weekday) when they were not even fully booked because I had no reservation.

Overall, the food is pretty amazing when viewed the limited decisions of French Vietnamese cuisine in nearby areas. Grief A Vietnamese coffee ordered, I had previously an authentic in Vietnam ... for $ 6.5, I would say I expect me to expect only a bit more it is not as strong as the authentic / I want. The aroma is available and has a nice, smooth aftertaste. Grief Spring rolls served were quite burned. I had to ask for an exchange, and I became the, as it was made at our table, without the staff being kept on the food on the food. Grief Pho was very aromatic. It was a 24-hour stew / broth and definitely Arvored. Noodles were still Chewy after some time, as some may know that noodles can be muddy / soft / falling. Grief Last but not least, curry was fantastic. First time that it has ever tried a Vietnamese curry, it was a bit sharp, but sweet, rich and perfect with rice!

Chao Ba - a very interesting place to go and try. It has a very unique, other type of Vietnamese food that you can not find in average Vietnamese restaurants. The shrimp kennels were very refreshing with the sweet potato, but as I'm rather a hearty person, I would eat the food better when it was something salty. But overall a great restaurant and is definitely worth a visit to try this long weekend!

Great food and friendly efficient service. Highlights of a total magnificent meal were the signed banny and crispy spring rolls with Reisvermizeli. Something standing than other Vietnamese places in Chatwood.

Overall, the food is quite amazing considering the limited choices of French-Vietnamese cuisine in nearby areas. Ordered a Vietnamese coffee, I've had an authentic one in Vietnam before... for $6.5 I'd say I'm expecting just a bit more (as it looked like it's even less than a regular coffee at a cafe). It isn't as strong as the authentic ones/I'd like. The aroma is present and has a lovely, smooth aftertaste. Spring rolls served were quite burnt. I had to ask for an exchange and I was taken back by how it made to our table without serving staff keeping a close eye on the food. Pho was very aromatic. It was a 24-hour stew/broth and definitely flavourful. Noodles were still chewy after some time, as some may know, noodles could become soggy/soft/fall apart. Last but not least, curry was fantastic. First time ever trying a Vietnamese curry, it was a bit spicy but sweet, rich and perfect with rice!
