Ordered drinks. Tried to order food. Tried again. And again. After 30 minutes spat dummy. Left. (Tried to escalate to manager but turns out the sales avoidance executive we were dealing with was the manager). If you are seeking a spot where you can sit undisturbed without fear of interruption, this is the place. Otherwise avoid.(Really can't comment on the food. Not convinced it exists)

We ate here due to the "All you can eat" ribs offer. Beware- you must finish everything on the plate including the extra large portion of chips they serve with the ribs. This wasn't pointed out to us until we requested more ribs. To make matters worse, the second portion of ribs bought out to us also came with another large portion of chips! Very misleading offer and the ribs were average. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Walked past Lone Star every time I go and eat at The District at Chatswood interchange and decided that I had to try and the all you can eat ribs for $29.95 - what a yummy bargain! They have been advertising that on a board outside the restaurant! False advertising. We sat down and the waiter came and served us and told us that we had to finish our ribs and wings before we can order more. Fair enough. Out came a large plate with 3-4 ribs and 2 chicken wings and some chicken meat and huge huge portion of chips. So we finish the dry ribs and lovely tender chicken wings and asked for a refill. No, no, no. You haven't finished your chips which I never do , but now with a portion that could feed 2-3 people on my plate, there was no way I could do that! You can never get a second serve unless you're a voracious hungry diner and if you manage to, you'll never get past 2nd serve. I told the waiter that on nowhere was it stated that. He called another waiter to explain who apologized that the waiter that served us was new! No excuse. I demanded the manager who was a lady and she told me the terms and conditions wee on their Facebook page!!! What!!! I asked her if she expected all her customers to have read her Facebook page before they dine? I insisted it was false advertising. She then said she's just a worker and would I write in her comments book so that her boss would know. Guess what- they are not trying to get new isomers because the restaurant is still empty every time I walk past which is at least 3 times a week. Will any of the new customers that try go back again? No.Not recommended. Such a scam. They should be reported! I recommended they write the terms in the menu handed to customers when they go in, not sure if they've done that as I have no intention of trying the food again. Don't go or ask questions before you sit down.

We were welcomed by very friendly staff, including the manager, and allowed to sit where we liked. Food didn't take long to arrive at all (so we finished the free jug of peanuts later!). They have "ribs" on the menu at about $33 (sorry, can't remember the exact price), but "ribs and rump steak" for just another $1 - so that's what my wife selected and had her work cut out to eat it all! Choice of chips, baked potato, sweet potato or mashed potato was great! I had the Atlantic Salmon and half of my wife's steak and couldn't fault either. Add a couple of ice-cold beers and it was a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Highly recommended!

The sign says all you can eat ribs and wings, however they came with an enormous amount of chips which they expect us to finish before we can ask for more ribs and wings. Dishonest in dealing. See ad and you'll understand what I'm talking about.

We have been here a few times and we keep going back for the great food and discounted drinks. Last night we got $3 cocktails and $4 Coronas. The ribs are delicious and the burgers are good too. Service is attentive and everyone seems to be new.You get both kinds of music on the video screens - Country and Western. Free peanuts in the shell are provided when you are first seated. Good relaxed night out.

Dad and son no 2 shared the giant ribs and they both very happy. Son no 1 had shot dog which was so huge that he couldn't finish it. Mum ordered the squid and probably should have avoided a seafood dish in this type of restaurant. So, overall we had a very enjoyable meal which worked out at around $25 per head including a bottle of white wine and soft drinks.Points deducted for errors which I think management should pay attention to when training staff:- the waiter tried to seat us in a tiny booth and looked "lost" when we asked to sit somewhere with more room- despite a big ad on the screen for 50 cent soft drinks our waitress had to check if the price applied on the day (lack of training?)- the waiter who served our meals lent across my husband to serve me my meal (lack of training?)- despite stating that the ribs would be shared we had to specifically ask for individual plates- the serving plate for the starter was not removed prior to serving the mains (we had to ask)- the squid was quite dry and was over salty - I asked for a "normal" knife to eat my squid as they provide huge steak knives as standard. The waitress responded "I will have to check if we have some" ... A ridiculous response there is a whole section on the menu devoted to seafood. (Which I recommend avoiding at this type of restaurant)
