I love the Colombian, there's a different vibe here compared to other places on the strip. The music is top notch, the service is great and with daily happy hours from 5-7pm – it's a treat. Bored of the usual Vodka (carb free) soda water lime & bitters and wanting to explore beyond the San Francisco & Icelandic Love potions they offer, I simply asked bartender, Damian, if he had a drink that was blue... Creative control was his and within minutes he delivered a thirst quenching freshness combining Liquer 43, Vodka and Carusso Liquer which I off-the-cuff named “Blue Magic” by Damian. Ask him to make it – their cocktail range definitely needs a splash of blue hahhaha.
