The food itself is great, but the delivery service is shocking, to the point where I can no longer use it. I've called previously to discuss it, but they didn't care. Twice they've delivered food without ringing the doorbell, so it was sitting on my doorstep, getting cold, with my daughter getting hungry, because I didn't know it was here. Tonight, in spite of the fact that the my address was correctly printed on the docket, the driver called up twice, trying to find my house, and TWICE said he was looking for a street number that was wrong. When he eventually went to my house, he waited at the bottom of the driveway at my block of units for a long time, even though I'd said I couldn't bring my daughter to walk down the drive in the cold and wet. The order was incomplete, and when I called, the driver was very rude and dismissive. By the time i was able to call the shop, they'd shut. Meanwhile I have a 3 year old being a 3 year old about not getting the food she'd asked me to order. It's not the first time they've not delivered everything either, but the first time they didn't fix it. If I'm in town, I'll still pick up takeaway, but if I want a relaxing night in, I'm not going to get that from this place, so I can no longer get deliveries from here.ETA: the attitude from the reply below is the problem I'm talking about. It's not their problem, it's someone else's fault, they can't do anything about it. As a customer, this is meaningless. I'm still unable to get the food I ordered, and paid extra for delivery.
