I love the mood of caffe, it is so sweet, eating is delicious and the staff is friendly. I have the chicken parmi, it was generously in portions and the pommes were so good. also the cap I got was with the right amount of creamy foam. I recommend definitiw the caffe. I am so excited to go back and try other elements on the menu.

Really friendly little local place.While I don't mind Eastwood CBD, I'd been meaning to try something in the eastern suburban part.The service was really good. I'll emphasise that, because I'm pretty sure one of our plates was missed for whatever reason when ordering, but they did some juggling and I had my food a few minutes later.The food was top-notch as well. I tend to have burgers wherever I go, and the Wagyu Burger was excellent. Not everywhere does a good side of chips but I was very happy with Boston Republic's.Overall, I consider this to be a good find and would recommend Parking: Plenty of street parking nearby.

Walked in with 4 staff working the counter and all ignored. It's as if they haven't been taught to acknowledge customers walking in.No signage of whether we can just take a table or wait to be seated. Then when they finally decided to acknowledge, they skipped us and went straight to the people behind us.Sat down and had to fetch our own menus.The staff seem lost. I don't know whether it's because they're new, haven't been trained or blatantly bad but someone needs to train them.Theyre all lovely and great people but there's zero structure or direction from anyone.

We ordered takeaway and we waited over 30 minutes while people who ordered after us received their food and left. I don’t know why it took so long as they weren’t especially busy (several empty tables). The ordering system is clunky and the entry way gets clogged up with people because it takes so long for them to take orders. We thought the coffee would come out while we waited but my partner didn’t get his coffee until the takeaway was given to us, and they forgot what he ordered twice and had to ask him again, meaning that we actually received the food and then STILL had to wait for the coffee. We asked for a muffin as well and they attempted to give us the wrong flavour twice. His coffee was the wrong size and he said it tasted burnt. His meal was tasty and a good size, but my meal, while tasty, was poorly presented and missing the hash brown it was meant to come with so it wasn’t enough food. Because we waited for the coffee at the end, by the time we drove home (less than 5 mins) the food was cold. I have had a good experience at this cafe about a year ago so we thought we’d try it again, but after this we won’t be returning. We paid $46 and I don’t think it was worth it.
